One time our school, went up mount Maunganui.
First we got ready to leave and once we were all ready we hoped on a bus and left school.Next we got to the skate park which was right next to the mountain, we had to park there because there was no parking spots by the mountain.Then we went inside the gates of the mountain and started our walk. Like three minutes on our walk up we looked out at the view and named where suburbs around East Tamaki.After we made it to the top of the mountain we all had a quick break to look at the awesome view.Finally we went to the highest point of Maungarei and listened to a guy talk about the mountains history
I enjoyed this experience because a got to walk up a mountain with my friends
